Thank you for shopping with www.buycharger.in and operated by Delta electronics! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 calendar days after receiving your products to request a return or exchange. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

Return and refund will be processed immediately after we verify the images and Products, also we will pick up the return at our own cost.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligibility For Exchange

We only replace items within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details.

Once the replacement is approved for, a tracking link will be provided within 24 hours and the same will be delivered within 7 business days.  

Exchange and replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days 

Broken/Damaged Product

If you receive a broken or damaged product, please report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Send an email to care@buycharger.in with a clear unboxing video of the damaged product, packaging, and a brief description of the damage.

Our customer support team will review the case and provide further instructions on returning the damaged item.

Eligibility For Refund

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.  

If any refund approved by the company it will take 7 working days to credit to your originial source account 

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our customer support at care@buycharger.in to initiate the return process. Provide your order number, contact information, and the reason for the return. Once submitted, a support ticket will be generated, and our team will handle your request. You will receive a confirmation email and SMS, and further communication will take place through the support ticket system.

Then return to our address: 

Pack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, and attach a copy of the confirmation email.
